FESTIVALS
Throughout all of the Ebre regions there are all kinds of festivals. At the Tortosa Festival of Holy Music you can enjoy classical music, whereas at the summer festival in
Sant Carles de la Ràpita the guitar is the main feature. Lovers of band music, a tradition which is deep-rooted in this area, can enjoy a once yearly festival in Amposta with the presence of prestigious bands from all over Spain. Apart from music, cinema festivals are also organized –– like the International Festival of Environmental Cinema of Catalonia which is held in Tortosa, Sant Feliu de Guixols and El Prat de Llobregat - including popular theatre and poetry.
