Collecting honey – with its sweet taste and sticky texture – is a deeply rooted trade in Terres de l'Ebre, especially in the towns of El Perelló (Baix Ebre) and Arnes (Terra Alta). The most important varieties are impregnated with the aroma of oranges and rosemary, two of the most abundant species of vegetation in the fields and forests of these regions. Honey is a quality product which can be used in cakes, pastries or simply on a slice of bread. Find out about the world of honey | |
