Sant Antoni Suction, Horta de Sant Joan
This recently retrieved tradition, was formerly a very popular one in Horta de Sant Joan. In the evening people bring their pets to be blessed, along with all of the food that is later to be auctioned. The money raised is used to pay for work on Sant Salvador Convent. The food lots are prepared and donated by any person wishing to collaborate with this celebration.Date: January, in the evening of the Saturday following Sant Antoni.
