Due to the variety of landscapes and crops, Terres de l'Ebre offers a huge richness of products that are the basis of its tasty traditional cuisine and one of its main touristic attraction. The greatest secret, however, is the use of autochthonous good quality products: the Delta de l'Ebre rice, the fish, the Mediterranean mussels, the oyster and the king prawns, together with fruits and vegetables. In this way, oil, wine, and fruit are the counterpoint of the sea cuisine. The mixture of all these elements is precisely what allows the local gastronomy to have a great variety of tastes.
Several routes linked to rice, oil or Terra Alta wines -foods recognized with several badges of quality- allow to relish the products, but also the local landscapes, culture and traditions: the palate in the service of the discovery of Terres de l'Ebre.
